Hot-dip galvanizing (thick 0.20-3.0mm, width ¡Ü FS9112)
The process of hot-dip galvanizing is as follows:
Firstly, strip Steel, having been rolled by a group of cold rolling mills and pre-treated for degreasing, is sent to the annealing furnace of the continuous hot-dip galvanizing line for annealing; then, it is immersed in the molten zinc boiler for hot dip galvanizing;after passivated or polished, The product is finally completed through the stretcher straightening and corresponding treatment. It is widely used in the fields of household appliances, automobiles, office machinery, steel products furniture and construction.
