¡¡¡¡Based on substrates of cold rolled steel strip, galvanized steel (galvanized and hot dip galvanized), the product--coated steel sheet is finally obtained after the following processes: (1) the surface pretreatment (skim and chemical processing), (2) applying one or more layers of liquid coatings with the roller coating method, (3) baking and cooling. As the coating can be a variety of colors, coated steel is usually called color coated steel by customary rule. Also, because the coating process is done prior to the steel profiling process, it is also called pre-coated steel abroad. Compared with the traditional spraying paint method, continuous coating has many advantages: it is easy to conduct surface treatment and control coating quality; meanwhile, it avoids edge corner defects which easily occur otherwise.
The scope of application:
(1)Applicable to the constructions such as home office decoration, household appliances, furniture, transportation, steel plants, roof, wall panels and gate.
(2) Used for shelters, kiosks, garages and factories shutter doors, security doors, room doors, door frames, banisters, interior decoration, interior elevator, ventilation pipes, refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, air conditioners, Vending machines, photocopiers counters, switches, gauges counters, fans, solar water heaters, electric water heaters, shell frames, lamps, wardrobes, tables, chairs, coffee table, suitcases, boxes of files, bookshelves and office counters, cars, trains decorative plates, marine separated decorative plates.
